AOC Touraine-Mesland 2007 Clos Château Gaillard
How not to underline the influence beneficial vine grower of Vincent Girault and his contribution to the recognition the best wines of the naming Touraine-Mesland? By applying the biodynamic culture in his vineyards, by elaborating sapid and typified wines of soil, he positions quite naturally at the top of the naming. Two presented white wines, two very well noted wines. The Clos of Briderie "dry - soft" is very successful with its notes of candy and its order flavour. I preferred him Clos Château Gaillard stemming from 70 % of chenin white completed by the chardonnay. Dry and straight with his beautiful pale golden dress and his fine and complex aromas, of spring flowers and honey of locust tree, he also lets perspire the soil. In mouth the balance builds up itself around a healthy acidity, around a perceptible and coated minerality, around a real amplitude and around an excellent length. Of the beautiful work. Favorite for this representative wine.
AOC Touraine-Mesland rouge Vieilles Vignes 2007 Clos de la Briderie
We find Vincent Girault. Whose red wines are also fascinating as the white wines. Clos Château gaillard does not make representation with his peppered personality, its power and its strong structure (to let some years become round in cellar). As for this Clos of Briderie (Côt 40%, Cabernet franc 40 %, gamay 30%) he receives a favorite for his deep dress ruby, his slightly peppered melted aromas heightened by notes of incense, his attractive smooth material hardly marked by light silky tannins, his balance and his delicious retro-olfaction of cherry. An exemplary and healthy vintage.

For 15 years, we are present in Monoprix stores who appears more and more as cellarmen of very beautiful quality. Every year, our wines are selected in autumn and spring wine fairs, often in them “three colors”. In particular during this wine fair with our AOC Touraine-Mesland red 2001, Château Gaillard, gold medal in Paris, in the Agricultural Competitive Examination.

Magazine of Sauter’s house (Netherlands) – Clos de la Briderie
The Sauter’s house is a very ancient house of wine situated in the Netherlands. Sales are made by correspondence to lit amateurs and Dutch gastronomy. The white wine 2006, the red and the rose are presented in this magazine 2007. Every year, for more than 10 years, the Sauter’s house imports and distributes wines of the last millesime of the Clos of Briderie. And from now on, Cremant of the Loire “Pureté de Silex”.
